    Read the terms (short, promise)
    1. We make your ad only from what you send. Your files, links and answers are the brief. We don't add footage, photos, prices, offers or claims you haven't given us. If something important is missing, we'll ask rather than guess.
    2. You have the rights to everything you send. You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every file, logo, font and piece of music you upload, and that anyone shown in your photos or videos has agreed to appear in an ad.
    3. You're responsible for what the ad says. Prices, offers, dates and claims come from you. We'll flag anything that looks off, but we don't verify them, and any rules for your industry are yours to meet.
    4. Our creative strategists check every ad. Every ad is reviewed by one of our creative strategists before it's sent to you.
    5. One round of changes per ad. Changes use the material you've already sent. A new idea or new material counts as a new ad.
    6. Format. Ads are delivered at up to 1080p, sized for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Google. Editable source files aren't included. Prices exclude GST and ad spend.
    7. We delete your files within 30 days. Everything you upload, and our copies of your links, is permanently deleted no later than 30 days after you send it. Your finished ads stay available to download for 30 days after delivery.
    8. Your ads are yours. Once paid, the finished ads are yours to use wherever you like. We only use them to show off our work if you say yes.
    9. We can say no. We may decline material that's unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights, and refund you in full.

    What can I drop in?

    Pretty much anything: phone videos, photos, your logo, brand colours, Word docs, menus, voice notes and ads you like. The more context you give us, the better the ad.

    Do I need good footage?

    No. Shaky phone videos are fine. We pick the best moments, then crop, colour and caption them so they look good in the feed.

    Which platforms are the ads for?

    TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Google, in every size they need. You get the files to post yourself or use in your ad manager.

    Can I ask for changes?

    Yes. Every ad includes one round of changes, using the material you've already sent.

    What happens to my files?

    They're only used to make your ads, and we permanently delete them within 30 days of upload.

    Who owns the ads?

    You do. Your footage, your brand and your finished ads stay yours.
